bloc recirculation for lubrication system

This product is used as connecting base for the lubrication system, there are many inside holes which are with high requirements such as the small tolerance, smooth roughness of Ra0.8, and very clean.

We need to tailor the profile cutters to make the inside holes, the cutter working speed is slow, the cutting output is small.

The out surface is without any burrs, we do the de-burrs job for all the edges perfectly, the surface treatment is sand blasted and silver anodization.

The product is exported to USA; we are doing the regular order as 278pcs per month.
