Tube bending and fabrication service

With over 20 years of experience in tube bending, forming, and fabrication, we are an excellent manufacturer. We take on a wide variety of precision tube fabrication processes from tube cutting to final fabrication. Our shop is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC tube benders and advanced inspection instruments such as 2D projector, 3d comparation system, salt spray test machine, and cleanliness inspection equipment. We do precision mandrel bending size and shape of the tube inside and outside. We also offer services for tube rolling, round tube, square tube, bar and pipe. We fabricate metal tubes of length up to 6m length/ 60mm out diameter. Mild steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum are among the materials we use to produce the tubular components, the tubular components are mainly used in auto engine system, medical equipments, aviation assembly, brewing industry, furniture ……etc.

Meanwhile we provide the great welding services like MIG, MAG, TIG, BRAZING, and solder, we can do the surface treatment for you such as powder coating, painting, and plating.
