The material is aluminum 5052-H32, the process is plate-cutting-stamping-riveting-deburring, the basic size is 145*248*2.5mm, there are 12 holes in the plate, among of them there are 4 holes which are riveted with PEM inserts BSO-440 -20ZI and FH-632-8ZI, the oval deep drawn base is for assembly fit, The N.W is 0.14kgs, the key points for the quality control is the holes’ positions, riveting, and the stretching depth of the oval base.
