Quality

Our quality control system is ISO9001; we carry out the serious quality control from the raw material to the finished product according to ISO9001 and the clients’ requirements, our inspection tools are calibrated and verified by the authorized Lab, our inspectors are experienced, skillful, and trained regularly. The conception “continuous improvement” is applied by us in actions and behaviors all the time.

The raw material must have the material certificate; meanwhile the material must pass the test on chemical composition and mechanical properties according to the matching norm.

During the production we always do the dimensions’ inspection on the first piece, after the first piece is ok we just start the mass production, during the mass production we insist to do the random sampling inspection frequently to guarantee the good stable process capability.

Before the delivery we will do the inspection according to the norm MIL-STD-1916 , control plan and clients’ demands, we also provide the full inspection docs with the clients for their reference and checking, we keep the docs for 3 years at least for the quality traceability.
