Q: What is the MOQ?
A:

We provide OEM/ODM service, our MOQ is one pc.


Q:What is the required format of the technical drawings?
A:

IGS/SOLIDWORKS/STEP/STP/DWG/CAD/PDF/JPG/PNG are ok.


Q: What is the sample’s production time:
A:

4.1. For 100% machining parts: 5-10 days.

4.2. For 100% stamping parts: 15-25 days.

4.3. For Sheet metal fabrications: 15-25 days.


Q:What is the production time for order?
A:

5.1. For 100% machining parts: 10-25 days basing on 1000-10000pcs order.

5.2. For 100% stamping parts: 10-25 days basing on 1000-50000pcs order.

5.3. For sheet metal fabrications: 20-30 days basing on 1000-5000pcs order.


Q: If the sample is free?
A:

For the order production, the sample is free for quality control.


Q:What is the payment term?
A:

When the amount is below usd10000, we prefer the payment is via T/T bank consideration of the high handling fee and the bank charges. When the amount is big, the payment term is flexible and could be discussed.


Q: What are the acceptable payment methods?
A:

T/T bank, L/C, DP, PayPal, western union pay, trade assurance, and Cash.


Q: What is the after-sale service?
A:

We do the quality control seriously according to ISO9001. If the NG products happen after the sale, we are definitely responsible for them,100% refund or 100% replaced or 100% repair or we go abroad to deal with the NG products at site.
